New Joinery spraying
We can spray all timber for both the trade and public. Using Morrells wood finishes we can apply both interior and exterior products.
MDF:
Edges are rubbed down smooth. We prime MDF sheets or pre cut sections with a high build two pack primer in white, black or clear. This primer is the very best on the market and will leave an amazing finish with no defects. Items are lightly sanded ready for additional coats if required.
Any colour can also be applied to the MDF in a 10% matt sheen, 40% satin sheen, 90% gloss sheen or 100 % wet look sheen – this is a very high gloss mirror finish.
Softwood and hardwood interior:
Knots on the softwood are knotted. Edges are smoothed. A two pack primer is applied. If required, any colour or sheen level can be applied to finish. Any colour or clear lacquer applied.
Softwood and hardwood exterior:
Knots are treated and a preserve applied in clear or a number of woodstain colours. Items are sprayed with two coats of Morrells Omnia primer.
If required a top coat of any colour and either a 30% or 60% sheen can be applied.
Collection and delivery available if required or just bring the item to the Exeter Spray Centre.
We use a high opacity Acid-Catalyst lacquer which is formulated to provide outstanding resistance to abrasion, wet and dry heat, spirit solutions and a wide range of household chemicals.
You can have any colour you would like. Most of our customers pick from the Farrow and Ball range but we can also pick from Dulux, fired earth, little green, RAL colours or if you have something we can match, this is possible too.
